Research Fields

1. Regulation of innate immunity by GPCRs.

2. Function and mechanism of inflammation in cancer and autoimmune disease.

3. Roles of innate immune response in anti-infection immunity.

 

My research interests focuse on innate immunity and immunoregulation in inflammation,cancer  and infectious disease:
(1) To understand the role and mechanism of GPCRs in regulation of TLR, NLR and RLR mediated innate immune response in Macrophage, NK cells and Dendritic cell.
(2) To understand the function of inflammation in occurrence and progression of tumor, neurodegenerative disease and autoimmune diseases in mouse models.
(3) To understand the function and mechanism of extracellular nucleotides and their receptors in regulation of host defense against bacterial and viral infection.
