教育经历工作经历个人简介长期从事食品生物技术及其产业化的研究。致力于微生物发酵生产谷氨酰胺转胺酶的产业化研究,由于大幅度提高酶活,降低了生产成本,使该酶成果实现了工业化,填补了该项技术的国内空白。目前产品已经远销欧洲、美洲等多个国家。成功突破了日本大豆多糖生产工艺的技术壁垒,改进了生产工艺,实现了该产品的产业化。这两项技术为食品添加剂行业做出了重大贡献。和国内多家知名食品企业和生物科技企业有着广泛和深入的合作,包括:南京雨润、河南双汇、湖南亚华乳业、江苏泰兴东圣等。 社会兼职中国微生物学学会会员 研究方向主要研究方向: 1) 食品微生物学:主要研究食品用酶谷氨酰胺转胺酶的菌种改造、工业化发酵生产及其在食品工业中的应用; 2) 食品生物技术:主要研究大豆多糖、大豆蛋白改性的工业化生产及其在食品工业中的应用。
