个人简介

陈爱华,2000年毕业于南京大学生物科学与技术系,获理学学士学位。2005年毕业于中国科学院上海生命科学研究院上海生理研究所,获理学博士学位(神经生物学方向)。从2005起一直在华盛顿大学(圣路易斯)医学院做博士后研究,直到20128月加入华东师范大学脑功能基因组学教育部重点实验室任研究员。

研究方向

灵长类感知与行为实验室:实验室的长期目标是要理解大脑中的神经元回路是如何形成知觉以及知觉如何引导行为。目前的工作重点是将电生理和心理学方法相结合,在灵长类上紧密围绕多模态信息是如何加工整合形成知觉、决策并转化成运动这一过程开展研究。主要研究内容为:

1)   多感觉认知。要在复杂的三维环境中自由活动,个体必须对周围环境中复杂多变的感觉(如视觉、听觉、前庭等)及非感觉(如先验知识等)信息进行动态校正,形成有效的认知进而指导行为。为了对这些信息之间的动态校正机制进行研究,我们以清醒猕猴为研究对象,采用行为学、神经电生理学以及认知神经计算方法来研究虚拟现实环境中的空间朝向认知,并结合微电流刺激和可逆药物失活来了解特定区域神经元在这种多感觉认知中的功能作用。

2)   序列眼动。神经科学的一个根本问题是皮层复杂的神经网络是如何通过学习产生特定的行为。日常生活中,我们常常需要将动作、事件、语言、记忆和思想按一定的方式进行组织。为了探索执行序列任务的神经机制,我们结合清醒猕猴的行为学、电生理记录和分析,以及光遗传技术,来了解特定类型的细胞和环路对序列眼动行为的贡献。
