曾和平, 1966年8月出生,博士。1990年毕业于北京大学物理系,1995年毕业于中科院上海光机所获理学博士学位。先后在德国马普量子光学所、日本京都大学物理系和理化学研究所从事合作研究。2000年受聘为华东师范大学长江特聘教授,2005年获国家杰出青年基金,2009年入选新世纪百千万人才工程国家级领军人物。
在超快光子学领域,提出并验证“调制参量放大”、 “二维上转换阵列放大”、“前馈式高精度光纤飞秒光梳高功率放大”等新技术,以及“超快分子取向时空耦合”、“强激光等离子体光栅”、“超快分子取向光学缓存器”等新概念与新方法,研制的高精度高功率光纤超短脉冲激光获得系列工程与产业应用。
在灵敏光电探测领域,解决了单光子探测、量子编码、长距离光纤偏振态量子编码等技术难题;研制的单光子探测核心技术成果以及高性能单光子探测仪器,已付诸保密通信、空天灵敏光电探测等重要应用领域,研制的单光子探测系列仪器以及量子保密通信系统已实现重要的科研和产业应用推广。
近年来,累计发表学术论文230余篇,包括5篇Phys. Rev. Lett.、35篇Appl. Phys. Lett.、19篇Opt. Lett.、28篇Opt. Express、33篇Phys. Rev. A等,国际会议作邀请报告30余次,作为大会主席组织了4次国际学术会议。
指导的研究生多次获得国际上和省部级以上奖项,如:全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖(2人次)、上海市研究生优秀成果奖(5人次)、饶毓泰基础光学一等奖 (1人次)、饶毓泰基础光学优秀奖(1人次)、Einstein Award(爱因斯坦奖)(1人次) 、全国青少年科技创新奖(1人次)、上海市青少年科技创新市长奖(1人次)、上海科学技术进步二等奖(1人次)、入选参加58届德国林岛诺贝尔奖得主大会访问(3人次)等,培养的博士研究生已有多名破格提拔为教授或研究员。
